Fill & Build runs on your device. It has no accounts, no servers of ours, no advertising and no analytics. Everything you do in the game is written to the app's own storage on your iPhone or iPad and goes nowhere else.

1What we never collect

The app does not ask for, gather or transmit:

your name, email address or phone number;
advertising identifiers or any device fingerprint;
precise or approximate location;
stored IP addresses or browsing history;
behavioural analytics, heat maps or crash profiling by third parties;
contacts, calendars, microphone, health data or your photo library.

There are no advertising networks and no third‑party analytics SDKs in the build, so there is nothing to profile you with.

2What is stored on your device

To let you continue where you left off, the game saves the following in its own storage on the device:

level progress — which levels are unlocked, your stars, best times and scores;
coins and crystals, and the boosters you own;
items you have bought, such as background themes and avatars;
the display name you type in, and your profile photo if you take one;
daily‑challenge streak and simple app settings.

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app removes all of it from your device.

3Camera and profile photos

You can set a profile picture. This is the only place the app touches your camera, and it is entirely optional — the game works fully without it.

How it works

The camera opens only after you tap your profile picture and choose to take a photo. The app never opens it on its own.
iOS asks for camera permission the first time. You can grant or refuse it, and change your mind later in Settings → Fill & Build → Camera.
The photo library is never accessed. The app cannot browse, read or import your existing pictures — it does not request that permission at all.

What happens to the photo

It is cropped to a square and reduced in size, then saved in the app's storage on your device.
It is never uploaded, never sent to us, never shared with third parties and never used for advertising or training anything.
It is shown in one place only: your avatar on the profile and home screens.

Removing it

Tap your profile picture and choose Remove photo.
Choosing a purchased avatar also replaces and removes the photo.
Deleting the app deletes it with everything else.

Other images. Every other picture you see — houses, mascots, backgrounds, trophies — ships inside the app. Nothing is downloaded, and no image is ever taken from your device.

4In‑app purchases

The game offers optional paid items. Everything to do with payment is handled by Apple through the App Store.

What can be bought

Boosters (consumable) — extra hints and shuffles, sold singly or in a pack. They are used up as you play and can be bought again.
Themes and avatars (non‑consumable) — bought once and kept.
Premium (auto‑renewable subscription) — unlimited hints and shuffles plus exclusive rewards, billed monthly at the price shown in the App Store for your region.

Boosters, themes and avatars can also be earned and bought with in‑game coins and crystals, which cost no money.

What we receive

We never see your payment details. Card numbers, billing address and Apple Account credentials are entered in Apple's own interface and are never passed to the app.
The app only learns whether a purchase succeeded and which item it was, so it can hand the item over. That result is stored on your device.
We operate no purchase server and keep no purchase history of our own.

Restoring, renewing and cancelling

Restore purchases on the subscription screen asks Apple to confirm what your Apple Account already owns, and re‑enables it. This uses your Apple Account, not an account with us.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel or manage it any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period runs to its end.
Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Apple processes purchase and billing data under its own terms. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

5Permissions the app may ask for

Camera — only for a profile photo, as described above. Refusing it leaves the rest of the game fully playable.

No other permission is requested. You can review and revoke what you granted at any time in the iOS Settings app.

6Children

Fill & Build is a puzzle game suitable for a general audience. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either. It shows no advertising and contains no social features, chat or user‑to‑user content.

Purchases are real money. If a child uses your device, we recommend turning on Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → In‑app Purchases in iOS.

7Your choices

Erase progress — Settings → Reset Progress inside the game clears levels, stars and times.
Remove your photo — tap the avatar and choose Remove photo.
Erase everything — delete the app; all local data goes with it.

Because nothing is held on our side, there is no remote profile for us to export or delete on request.

8Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app update description.
